Dicyandiamide is a dimer of cyanamide and a cyano derivative of guanidine. Chemical formula C₂H₄N₄. White crystalline powder. It is soluble in water, alcohol, ethylene glycol and dimethylformamide, practically insoluble in ether and benzene. Nonflammable. Stable when dry. 
Electronic grade Dicyandiamide is Dicyandiamide product with cyanamide content ≧99.8%. 

Product Process:

feeding mother liquor or softened water into a feeding stirrer, adding Dicyandiamide according to a proportion, pumping into a dissolving kettle by a pump, heating to fully dissolve, putting into a dissolving liquid storage tank, pumping into a primary filter by a pump, feeding filtrate into a primary filtrate storage tank, pumping into a secondary filter by a pump, performing precise filtration, pumping filtrate into a crystallizing pot by an ultra-precise filter through an outlet of the precise filter, cooling to crystallize, discharging from the crystallizing pot, performing solid-liquid separation by a centrifugal machine, the separated wet crystal is sent to a dryer for drying by a screw machine, and the dried finished product is weighed and packaged. 

According to the production principle of electronic grade Dicyandiamide, ordinary Dicyandiamide is redissolved, filtered and purified, and recrystallized to produce cyanamide with a content of ≥ 99.8%.
