No.1 Theory test
In order to understand the employees' grasp of the company's system, process and job skills, the general management Department organizes the employees to conduct a unified examination. The theoretical examination content is composed of examination papers selected from the question bank according to their job responsibilities, and the modules such as job responsibilities, job skills, operating procedures, safety and environmental protection, and corporate culture are taken as assessment points.
No.2 Practical test
On-site practical operation evaluation is not only the test of new employees' mastering skills, but also the most intuitive and effective way to promote new employees to strengthen the connection between theory and practice. The practical operation evaluation is set up by each department, the test questions are randomly selected on the spot, and the examination group scores each operation step in real time. After the examination, review and guide the new employees to continuously improve.
No.3 Report on the job defense
The new employees' report on their job is carried out in the way of "report on their job + ask questions". The new employees narrate their own understanding of the job responsibilities, specific work content, personal gains and shortcomings. The performance of the staff is reviewed and evaluated by the leaders and department heads.
